LevEls of Care
The first step in finding effective treatment is determining the appropriate level of care. Conditions that are more acute or complex require higher, more intensive levels of care while conditions that are more stable require lower, less intensive levels of care. In general, it is best for an individual to be treated at the least restrictive level of care that provides all of the needed therapeutic elements and a sufficient degree of structure and containment.
Camden Center provides the following levels of care: Treatment + Individualized Supportive Living, Intensive Day Treatment, the Medical Intensive Program (Los Angeles only), and the Assessment & Diagnostic Program (Los Angeles only). The appropriate level of care for each patient is determined through a pre-admission assessment performed by one of our senior clinicians.
At this level of care, patients receive world-class care at our clinical center while living in a luxury residence near Camden Center. Includes a 24/7 care partner, transportation, and chef-prepared meals.
Patients live on their own and come to the center to participate in treatment 3 to 5 hours per day, 3 to 5 days per week.
