Adi Shakti, MS, OTR/L, SEP, earned her Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy and Psychology, with Summa Cum Laude honors, and her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from San Jose State University in California.

Adi is a Somatic Experience® Practitioner, trained yoga therapist, and completed Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction teacher training. She has training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills with a team directed by Marsha Linehan. Adi is ordained as a Minister of Peace by The Beloved Community.

Adi has more than 20 years of experience working with mental health and addictive disorders at hospitals in the San Francisco Bay area, including acute psychiatry at Stanford University. She has also worked in both acute inpatient and outpatient settings at Good Samaritan Hospital in San Jose, Mills-Peninsula Medical Center in Burlingame, and San Francisco General Hospital.  

At Camden Center, Adi provides Somatic Experiencing, mindfulness, and life skills development in both individual and group therapy sessions.
