Hana Raftery, OTR/L, earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Biology from University of California, Davis and a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from San Jose State University in California.
Hana completed several advanced mindfulness and yoga teacher training certification programs, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), yoga for 12-step recovery, and various trauma-informed yoga trainings.
Hana has worked in a variety of settings as an occupational therapist and yoga instructor. These include a therapeutic high school for adolescents and young adults experiencing mental illness, a community mental health and early intervention program for youth experiencing early signs of psychosis, and in the San Mateo County juvenile justice system.
At Camden Center, Hana provides reintegration therapy services to patients returning to work, school, and other meaningful life endeavors. She also teaches trauma-informed yoga to groups and individuals.
