Carly Heynes, MS, RDN, CLC (she/her) is a registered dietitian licensed by the Commision on Dietetic Registration. Carly received a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from the University of Connecticut and a Masters of Science in Nutrition from the University of St. Joseph.


Carly has extensive training in behavioral health nutrition and specializes in eating disorders and feeding relationships. Additionally, she has expertise working within neurodiverse and LGBTQIA+ populations, and provides innovative, trauma-informed, and person-centered care.


Her professional experience includes interdisciplinary feeding therapy, and holding lead positions in eating disorder treatment settings across the continuum of care. Carly utilizes a comprehensive approach by learning her patient's values, nutritional and medical concerns, and lived experiences to support individualized treatment and recovery. She assists her patients in developing intentional and sustainable nutrition approaches in support of comprehensive healing and wellness.


At Camden Center, Carly provides individual nutrition counseling, nutrition education groups, and direct meal support for patients. She uses evidenced-based treatment modalities interwoven with progressive interventions to help patients heal their relationships to food and body.
