Andrea Loeb, LCSW completed her undergraduate studies in Psychology from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and her Master of Social Welfare from the University of Southern California (USC). 

Andrea has gained valuable experience working in community mental health settings and providing therapeutic services to individuals with severe mental illness and trauma.  She received her training at Harbor UCLA Adult Outpatient Psychiatry clinic with a focus on Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Prolonged Exposure Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). More recently, Andrea worked at Didi Hirsch Mental Health services, where she led the DBT program and organized the skills training and consultation groups. Additionally, she has experience providing clinical and administrative supervision to case managers and student interns.  

At Camden Center, Andrea specializes in DBT, CBT and ACT clinical modalities.  She also serves as a core clinician by providing individual psychotherapy, facilitating groups, collaborating with providers and patients in treatment planning, and offering family support.  Andrea assists patients in identifying their unique strengths and challenges to foster self-awareness, self-compassion, and coping strategies for managing difficult emotions and behaviors.
