Liz Corpstein is a licensed marriage and family therapist. She completed her bachelors degree in psychology and minor in philosophy from Arizona State University. She obtained her masters degree in clinical psychology from Pepperdine University.

Liz is trained in DBT, CBT, seeking safety, mindful self-compassion and mindfulness-based stress reduction. Liz was the clinical director at Village Counseling and Wellness where she oversaw the comprehensive DBT outpatient program and intensive outpatient program. Liz provided clinical services to adolescents, adults, and their family members.
She has worked in residential and outpatient settings and has supervised masters level clinicians working towards licensure.

Liz is the author of DBT Workbook for Anxiety: Dialectical Behavior Therapy Strategies for Managing Stress, Worry, and Fear.
