John Eckstein, LMFT, received his master’s degree in counseling psychology from Santa Clara University in Santa Clara, California. He has an extensive business and information technology background gained while working for many large technology companies in Japan.  

John previously worked as a clinician at Kaiser Psychiatry in San Francisco, the Santa Clara Department of Social Services, the College of San Mateo in San Mateo, California, and as a primary therapist at Camden Center for more than two years.

He has volunteered at the Santa Clara County Suicide and Crisis Hotline and the Exhale abortion counseling hotline. He also speaks fluent Japanese.

As Chief Technology Officer at Camden Center, John continuously modifies and improves the technology that is used to help Camden run most effectively and efficiently. His integrative skills as a psychotherapist and technology expert provide the Camden community with a seamless way to communicate and function.
