Heather Donavon

Los Angeles

Heather Donavon is a sound therapy artist who integrates the healing aspects of crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, and other sonically soothing instruments, along with her own voice, to create healing. These meditative soundscape experiences foster deep relaxation and restoration.  As a mental health advocate, she is committed to bringing patients relief from anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues.

Over the past decade, Heather has explored many forms of mental health therapies, including social-emotional arts, mindfulness, and spirituality, a mental wellness journey that has taken her from yoga to transcendental meditation, painting, writing, teaching, music, and eventually to singing bowls. She creates spaces for groups, circles, and ceremonies, combining her passion for musical arts with her commitment to mental wellness to help individuals and groups heal.

Heather lives in Los Angeles with her partner and seven-year-old son.
